Job Description Job Purpose:

Distribution is a major partner enabling Texas Instruments business success. In the Asia Distribution Accounting team, we are supporting all financial processes with our channel partners. The Distribution Accounting Analyst is in direct contact with TIs distributors and works in close cooperation with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT teams.

Job Responsibilities:

 Supporting channel management processes

 Checking and processing of resale, inventory and claim data

 Controlling ship and debit claims from channel partners

 Calculate, track and analyze incentive, scrap and other rebates for Distributors

 Inventory reconciliation and monthly close process

 Constant improvement of the SAP CRM system

 Maintain a strong relationship with the Distributors Asset teams and Asia Pricing team.

 Interact with peers across the regions.

 Interface with a wide range of groups: Audit Services, Customer Services, Pricing, B2B, Asset, IT Services, Tax, external auditors.

 Be proactive in identifying and achieving continuous process improvements

 Participate/lead in worldwide project teams to develop process enhancements and automation.
