We are seeking an Analog Design Manager to be located at our Tucson, AZ site. This analog design manager will have constant opportunities to innovate while designing best-in-class ADCs as well as have exposure to a wide and interesting array of markets and end applications. Additionally, this manager will:
Lead the analog design of precision Analog-to-Digital converters
Be both a hand's-on designer and manager of analog design team including verification and layout
Participate in product definition and translate system level requirements into IC specifications
Ensure successful release to market while balancing performance, cost and schedule requirements
Foster a strong team environment, recruit and retain talent
Minimum qualifications include:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering with 5+ years of analog design experience
Proven track record of releasing successful products to market
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven with a passion for IC design and a curiosity to learn
Preferred qualifications include:
Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in precision analog circuits and delta-sigma architectures
Experience managing and mentoring early career engineers
Proven track record of innovation
