We are seeking an Analog Design Manager to be located at our Tucson, AZ site. This analog design manager will have constant opportunities to innovate while designing best-in-class ADCs as well as have exposure to a wide and interesting array of markets and end applications. Additionally, this manager will:

  • Lead the analog design of precision Analog-to-Digital converters

  • Be both a hand's-on designer and manager of analog design team including verification and layout

  • Participate in product definition and translate system level requirements into IC specifications

  • Ensure successful release to market while balancing performance, cost and schedule requirements

  • Foster a strong team environment, recruit and retain talent

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering with 5+ years of analog design experience

  • Proven track record of releasing successful products to market

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-driven with a passion for IC design and a curiosity to learn

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in precision analog circuits and delta-sigma architectures

  • Experience managing and mentoring early career engineers

  • Proven track record of innovation
