Job Description 职位描述:

负责外包工厂的产品的制造计划与管理的各个方面。

主要负责执行和协调不同生产阶段产品的生产规划和调度工作,从而完成生产进度计划、劳动负荷和容量要求。根据时间计划表,确定材料和部件的要求,以确保材料满足生产要求。生产计划专员需要用一个高效的方式,使得各部门之间的工作按计划进行。同时,我们也需详细的记录各个生产参数,包括所有的生产状态和出货时间期。最后,确保满足客户生产需求。

岗位职责:

沟通协调供应商的产能,及时反馈在产品企划系统以确保客户需求能够得到满足。

收集总部划分的生产需求,并交付出货计划密切跟踪并采取必要的行动,以确保计划的按时完成。

快速响应客户的需求,(包括紧急产品调控,报表制度,优先级安排,等)生产指标的监测和报告。

当生产线出现了不可预期的风险,需与其它部门协调来解决生产计划问题。(工程部,物流,质量管理等)

负责供应商生产服务相关事项,包括但不限于供应链的服务,材料库存,稽核,关键部件的可用性,物料处理,进出口,运输, 供应商变更及认证。
