Job Posting Title Payroll Specialist

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:

  • China Payroll Process: collect and make sure all payroll related data are processed on timely manner, run monthly time/payroll calculation, reviewing timesheets and reconcile final payroll results before release the payments to the employees.

  • Familiar with China statutory requirement related to pay and benefit. Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for monthly online IIT filing

  • Ensure to effective and efficient communication with HR, ADP, individual employees and other functional teams for related inquires.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly payroll & accrual related GL/closing and responsible for the accuracy of payroll related accounts.

  • Support statutory audit, internal audit and ad-hoc reporting requests for the responsible entity.

  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
