Job Posting Title ESH Specialist
Job Description -To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of ESH Management and support of business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators set out. Responsible for the proper ESH management to TI Design & Sales offices operations in China, Ensure normal operation, including compliance calendar, regulatory regulation review, ESH program maintenance and employee training, audits on a daily basis without any violation.
-Develop, implement and monitor company ESH programs and policies to ensure compliance with state and local environmental health and safety regulations, TI ESH standards, policy, and applicable safety regulations.
-Conduct regulatory reviews and communicate appropriate changes to China sites management. Coordinate interpretation and application of internal and external standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
-Evaluate and analyze risks associated with TI Design and Sales operations process and support systems, as well as tasks performed on those systems.
-Conduct internal ESH inspection/audits and monitor the effectiveness of program implementation, and corrective/improvement plans.
-Review & analyze accident data to identify and recommend plans to prevent recurrence.
-Responsible for recommending corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist.
-Establish ESH objectives, implement and maintain an effective ESH management system. Provide support to all ESH Subcommittees to ensure achievement of ESH objectives.
-Conducts training in emergency response, hazardous material handling, and life safety.
-Conduct fire and safety training, yearly fire drills and routine fire and safety management and audit as required as well as license and qualification and process update on time.
