Job Description - Work with TI China/Korea/HK (all TI Sales & Marketing and R&D sites in China) and TI Worldwide Procurement and Logistics (WPL) organization in sourcing indirect commodities in support of offline marketing and internal and external event with high integrity and ethical standards.Also has potential capability to support Log,Travel services, Facility, HR Services, Digital Marketing Communication, IT and Lab related categories.
Enforce Procurement Policy and Guidelines across China, HK and Korea, and interface with a variety of levels of TI internal partners and suppliers to support TI operations. Conduct sourcing, RFPs, price negotiations, supplier evaluation and management.
Develop and manage vendor relationships including supplier performance review, quarterly business review, continuous supplier performance improvement and other assessments if necessary.
Identify and deploy process improvements
Conduct data gathering, spend analytics and market research intelligence in delivering measurable cost savings. Work with cross-functional teams to drive the cost reduction projects to closure with positive impact.
Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and take decisions independently within the authorized powers.
Work with other worldwide IT & Services Procurement Team members if necessary. Participate in special project teams, WPL Priority Teams. Work closely with TI Law Department, Finance, Trade compliance and HR to ensure contracts are properly generated and executed.
