About the Job

We're looking for a dynamic HR business partner to join the TI Santa Clara HR team to partner with a wide array of engineering and support organizations. This role will require you to work with leaders and employees in organizations such as Advanced Technology Development, Packaging, Quality, CTO organization, Finance & Operations, etc. This role requires someone who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The role will also provide the opportunity to partner with several other HR business partners and influence HR initiatives, recruiting, and talent development at the TI Santa Clara site.

This role will require you to deliver both strategic and tactical HR support to local leaders and employees. This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders, executing people strategies and processes, and partnering with specialist functions in recruiting, talent development and compensation.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related business field and a minimum of 2 years of related HR experience

• Ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/ people programs

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams across different sites and countries

• Proven track record of driving for results and successfully completing complex projects

• Effectively influence business and HR leaders and gain commitment for new ideas

• Exhibits a development mindset and comes with strong results in driving bench development

• A track record for navigating ambiguous situations and facilitating change

• Excellent judgment and communication skills

• Solves problems swiftly by fully analyzing issues

• Understands the importance of diversity and inclusion
