Texas Instruments is seeking Digital Design Engineers for our FPD Link Design Team to develop the next generation technologies that enable Digital Cluster and Advanced driver assist systems including Autonomous vehicles. You will be part of a creative, motivated and talented R&D team developing high-speed, high performance SerDes chip sets that deliver highly reliable and robust connectivity solutions that go into an Automotive environment.
• Innovative logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SerDes chip
• Work with process, test, product, application, project engineers to successfully bring new products to production.
• Validation and debug of product
Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering or related field with 1 + year of experience which may include internships.
Experience should include the following designs requirements:
• knowledge on logic design using Verilog/System Verilog, synthesis, timing analysis and closure, and optimization for both ASICs and FPGAs..
• Knowledge on C/C++ and Python, and simulation and modeling tools/languages such as Matlab
• Understanding of control and communication systems
Masters of Science or PHD in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering or related field
