About the Job:

In this wide ranging & challenging opportunity, the Product Engineer (PE) is responsible for:

• Cost reduction initiatives

• Yield improvements

• Fab & A/T transfers

• Customer returns

• Production support

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related

• 6 years + relevant experience

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Ability to work across functional groups and manufacturing sites

• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge & experience in:

• Fabrication (multiple flows)

• Assembly (multiple packages)

• Test, ATE

• Device characterization & limit setting

• Good understanding of power management devices such as switching regulators & linear regulators

• Bench evaluation using curve tracer, oscilloscopes, micro-probing, etc.

• Data analysis – yield, parametric distributions, trends, regressions etc.

• Manufacturing related systems ( ATSS, M&B, MMRS, DTC, MBayse, etc.)

• Customer return – ATE, bench, FA support, 8D,

• Device reliability & qualification
