Job Posting Title Regional Customer Quality Engineer

Job Description Responsible for driving alignment of both TI and customer quality requirements for products, processes and services delivered by TI to specific customers or internal product groups. Serves as customer's advocate inside TI to drive compliance with all customer quality and reliability requirements and commitments. Acts as primary quality representative to external customers, responsible for continually improving the customer's valuation of the quality experienced with any TI process, product, or service beginning with new process development, and continuing from new product development through product end-of-life. Serves as the quality and reliability champion for the local business entity.

Frequently interacts with customers and TI functional group managers and engineers in process and product development, design, test, marketing, manufacturing, etc. These interactions often are with regard to potential, real or perceived customer quality or reliability concerns arising from technical, administrative or logistical events. Will need to interact with customer and TI senior management. Receives assignments in the form of broad objectives and establishes detailed action plans to meet objectives. Directs, manages and coordinates activities of functional groups outside of the quality organization to achieve customer quality requirements."
