About the Job

We’re searching for a dynamic contributor to join our global talent development team and help us to solve some of our most important business challenges, including:

• How do we provide learning solutions to our employees so they have the knowledge and skills to be successful at TI and grow their careers?

• How do we modernize learning at TI using social learning, digital learning, and blended approaches?

• What is the appropriate Next-gen learning technology we need to implement to solve unique business needs?

• Instructional design

• Current learning technologies

• Coding

• Virtual reality, Mixed reality, Augmented reality

• Gamification

• Agile

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or other related degree and 5+ years of experience

• Semiconductor industry experience preferred

• Experience operating in a global environment

Experience designing and implementing learning experiences while balancing creativity and pragmatism is essential. Experience with instructional design in technical subject matter is a plus. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of business drivers and can link development to business success.
