About the job:
As a technician in DFAB, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations on factory equipment.
This technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. This technician will be expected to improve and maintain tool performance, address all issues to achieve process requirements, and work to eliminate repetitive equipment downs.
The ideal candidate will have:
A focus on safety
Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance
Sound troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong collaborative skills in team environment
Associates degree in Electronics related field or equivalent military experience
Successfully pass Pre-Employment and GenTech Assessment
2 years of experience working in semiconductor manufacturing environment
