About the Job:

Day and night shift positions available (depending on talent, will have openings on A, B, C & D currently with nights being primary current need)

Hiring in Plasma, Thinfilm and Implant (source shop)

We are expanding RFAB pit crew to night shift and have openings on both day and night shift. All pit crew team members will undergo training on day shift. The employees slated for night shift will move to nights after certification.

Once selected, you’ll be confirmed into your role after you successfully pass the training program (can take 3 to 6 months)

Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed

• Tracking and assembling of all parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time

• Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production

• Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent

  • Pass the Pre-Employment for Operators assessment

  • Pass Hands-on Skills Assessment

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on tool sets

• Commitment to working via a highly standardized set of instructions is required

• Effective teaming with both engineering and manufacturing teams is required

• Experience with Excel and Powerpoint is a plus
