This employee communicator will be responsible for managing employee communications programs for business units within TI’s Analog Signal Chain (ASC) organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in internal or organizational communications and be able to recommend communications strategies for influencing and managing change as well as engaging employees on company and organizational strategy.

The person in this role will advise on ways to implement key programs broadly across the business units and product lines and serve as a strategic partner to business unit and product line managers, their leadership teams, as well as Human Resources and Talent Development partners, on ways to engage employees through a variety of communications tactics.

It is also this person’s responsibility to provide executive communications coaching to business leaders. This includes key message development and implementing creative tactics to ensure those messages are broadly understood. He/she will be a member of TI’s worldwide Employee Communications Forum and have opportunities to work across organizations on various cross-company employee communications efforts.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, managing and executing employee communications programs at the business unit (BU) level, focusing efforts on two BUs and their leaders:

o Amplifiers

o Sensing

 Including launch of online portal for the Tucson site and change communications related to the site

• Partnering with business leaders, HR and Talent Development to drive communications activities that support employee engagement and ensure employees understand priorities and focus of their business unit/product line and company

• Coaching and counseling leaders on best practices in employee communications and engagement

• Maximizing communications channels: company Intranet and leader blogs, organization-level Intranet pages, digital and site signage, employee emails, videos and high-touch leader communications (Town Hall meetings, Priorities rollouts, roundtables, etc.)

• Planning and executing communications plans to support cross-organization collaboration

• Tracking and analyzing results
