Job Description This position will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment working with members of the human resource team in the manufacturing organization at TI. This role is expected to deliver both strategic and tactical human resource support to employees and different manufacturing business organizations. This includes displaying strong business acumen in driving human resource functions parallel to organizational initiatives.

The role requires desirable set of skills from different human resource functions – recruiting, talent development and HR operations. Furthermore, this position offers a great opportunity to work closely with different human resource teams in executing people strategies and process across the organization.

Qualified candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business field and a minimum of 3-5 years of related HR experience are required. He/She should have a demonstrated ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/people programs, and must have a proven track record of driving for results and successfully completing complex projects. The candidate must demonstrate compelling communication skills that engage effectively with individuals, teams and large groups, both in writing and verbally.

This person should thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively with others and being able to influence and gain commitment for their ideas. A track record for navigating ambiguous situations and being able to facilitate change is also important. Also, this person must have desirable knowledge of general human resource management through proven skills in talent management, compensation and benefits, human resource systems and organizational development.
