Job Description This is a great opportunity to be part of an established team with ample growth opportunities, working with worldwide design teams and leading customers. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Layout memory IPs Non-volatile - EEPROM, EPROM, One time Programmable, SRAM, ROM, Fuse, Anti-Fuse memory IPs in state of art process technologies
Layout of analog blocks such as Bandgap reference, LDO, Oscillator, Charge pump, Amplifier etc.
Work with the team in designing memory and analog layouts, run verification checks, optimize layouts for area, performance, routing friendly.
Analyze process design rules and estimate impact on memory layouts, write scripts (Perl, Skill, C/C++, Unix) to add, create properties or minor updates for design rule changes.
Identify improvements to current methods, record lessons learnt. Innovate and implement to improve quality, cycle time.
Actively participating in hiring, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the organization and growth of the individuals into leaders
