Job Description • Deploy TI WW central programs for all level employees in TI Taiwan

• Plan and implement annual factory mandatory training and partner with training coordinators to ensure the effectiveness and disciplined execution

• Source and partner with outside consulting firms to provide appropriate learning solution for responsible sites and country

• Serve as a facilitator in local training activities

• Work with HR business partner on the implementation of development activities in respond to client organization’s needs

• Have passion to work with different employee groups, from senior leaders to first-line operators
