• Interface with customers / channel to provide quality service & build up/maintain good relationship

• Liaison with internal (i.e.: SBE planning, Finance & Logistics..) to ensure supply chain support

• Manage B2B related projects with customer (i.e. JIT/VMI)

• Handle aftersales functions and customer complaints (i.e. RMA, Debit/Credit memo… )
