We're searching for a strong team player who can perform well within a constant interrupt-driven, customer-demanding environment where multi-tasking and time management skills are critical.

In this role, you'll drive technology discussions and design-ins for specific product areas with a focus on maximizing share, growing NR, forming deep customer relationships and driving exemplary customer satisfaction. You will have direct interface to the customer, providing technical guidance and support such as product recommendations, schematic review, PCB layout and validation reports. We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge on power electronics, magnetic design, control theory, analog circuit and digital circuit design.

• Direct experience with power electronics for DC/DC & AC/DC switch-mode power supplies, motor drive control and inverters

• Experienced with AC-DC and isolated DC-DC product design with analog PWM controllers.

• Experienced trouble shooting skills with simulation, power supply hardware, PCB layout and magnetics

• Familiarity with PCB schematic entry and layout

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in EE Eng, or comparable

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong customer facing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
