Job Description The following are the Job Responsibilities of the Position

  1. Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with TI travel

policy and local regulation on receipt requirements

  1. Monitor and resolve issues regularly through exception and

compliance reports and follow up on discrepancies with

employees to ensure only valid expenses can be claimed

  1. Prepare exception report for management review and ensure

proper approval has been obtained for exceptions granted by

country

4.Check, setup Citibank and SAP employee data correctly

  1. Understand, apply and constantly keep abreast of the Concur

Expense system audit rules, expense types and with updated

travel policies and practices for Asia and globally

  1. Perform travel expense data analysis using Concur reporting for irregularities and exception review

  2. Support internal / external Concur report audits
