Job Description Below are the FOL scheduler job functions ;
a) Do line scheduling for Die Attach ; follow up line execution per plan.
b) Do daily Die Attach machines alignment by package for QFN with factory planner to ensure DA support right wip flush to downstream and final test.
c) Align DA machines allocation to ensure balance wip flush to Wirebond by wire types (AU/Cu) and bonder types (ASM;Maxum;ConnX). Minimize high wip on certain wire type / bonder type that will jammed up peripherals.
d) Plan and follow up execution of ESD lots for FOL (DA and WB).
e) Support Mfg Cycle Time – Open setup for aged lots. Provide weekly update on FOL Mfg CT performance.
f) Responsible for 3rd Opt performance ; follow up disposition for opted lots .
g) Acting PE for cases where FOL Shift PE taking leave 2 days or more.
