About the job:

•Primary lab contact for Internal and External Quality and ESH Audits, and will drive preparation and readiness efforts for global engineering labs

•Serve on WW Lab council as lab policy and process expert for global engineering labs

•Own South Campus Lab Office strategy, including coordination of Lab Office audits and user communication

•Establish cost effective used equipment procurement process for product development labs through the development of strategic relationships with approved lab equipment vendors

•Manage equipment roadmap strategy and purchase alignment

•Write AEO expense and capital purchase requisitions

•Manage other strategic projects as assigned

PROJECTS AND DELIVERABLES:

•Define and execute thorough and up-to-date project schedules with all related milestones

•Weekly management and communication on status of each project

•Must manage multiple projects simultaneously, and set realistic plans based on required tasks with available resources

•Ability to effectively coordinate and lead global teams on projects and priorities

Minimum qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in a related field plus minimum of 5 years’ experience

•Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills

•Previous TI Quality System experience (specification writing, audit prep/participation, etc.)

•Previous successful project engineering/management experience

•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint

•Successful track record in indirect management and influence while maintaining strong working relationships

•Knowledge of/previous experience with TI ESH policies and procedures

•Must work in a team environment and understand cross-functional team dynamics

•Strong organizational skills

•Ability to travel domestically and internationally,<25%

Preferred qualifications:

•Experience leading cross functional teams.

•Experience with SAP (Writing/managing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders)

•Must be able to provide clear direction to both internal teams and external organizations

•Candidate must be able to provide clear communication and direction to both team and external organizations like ESH, Lab Office Users, Quality Audit Teams, etc.
