Job Posting Title Equipment Engr
Job Description - Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Keeps current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability.
Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
Routine on-duty work in the cleanroom, need day/night shift rotation.
Maintain and troubleshooting on PHOTO equipment to make meet wafer manufacturing request.
Maintain equipment stability, reduce process defect to improve wafer yield, keep summarize and monitor equipment performance.
Response for the safety of equipment and ancillary facilities, to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Assist and coo-work with Process engineer to diagnostic and solved production problem.
Reduce material cost, improve equipment performance and productivity
Can work flexibly and accept overtime working
